Scientific name: Acacia mucronata subsp. longifolia (IDCHECK)

Common Name: Longleaf Caterpillar Wattle

Distribution: Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales

General Information: Erect shrub, phyllodes narrow-linear with more than 1 longitudinal vein, apex blunt with small spine/point. Flowers loose, pale yellow spikes from September to November.

Specimen: Private garden, Mountain River area, Tasmania.
